ABOUT OUR CHOCOLATE SALAMI
Finding the beauty in simplicity and mediocrity is what our festive collection is all about and what we're practicing these holidays.
The tradition of chocolate salami is rooted in Italian and Portuguese origins (still in dispute to this day who invented it). The name comes from the chunks of nuts and dried fruit that mimic the pockets of fat in a traditional salami. No meat here! Just a simple modest dessert straight from nature.
Slice it thinly, just like your favourite salami, place it on a special plate, or a stainless steel platter and share with friends and family. Paired well with espresso, afternoon tea, glass of milk - kids, or your afternoon liquer.

We will personally deliver your desserts (over the period of three days - subject to delivery schedule) with the last delivery date being 23rd Dec. We deliver to Eastern Suburbs, North Sydney, Inner City & Northern Beaches or we invite you to collect your desserts in Waterloo NSW. Please read about our delivery areas and delivery fees here .
If you are collecting from our address, please bring a cool bag and ice packs to keep the dessert stable during the transport
