DELIVERY + RETURNS

We deliver to Sydney (radius approx. 35 km) and Northern Beaches. Please allow minimum 48 hours from the time your order is received. Once we receive your order, you will hear from us within 24 hours to confirm exact day and time your order will be delivered. Please note your requested delivery date during the checkout.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please email, or call us as soon as you can. If outside of business hours - please keep your order refrigerated and send us an email (with a photo) so we have an instant record of the problem.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns made more than 24 hours after the original delivery date.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unconsumed (unless the complaint was a quality issue related to having tried the product) or you may not be eligible for refund. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s). Please allow up to 3 days for your return to be processed.
To advise of a product or delivery issue please email, chat or call us the same day as your order collection or delivery. We are a pretty cool bunch, so please chat to us if you are not happy and we will certainly try to resolve the issue for you.
